Provided we haven't started making your table we accept changes or cancellations. We require notification as soon as possible so that we don't purchase the materials for your order.
You may notify us of your cancellation by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name, address and a description of the order.
In the unlikely event that one of our products has/develops a fault we will endeavor to repair or replace it as soon as possible. Alternatively, for serious faults you can opt for a full refund including delivery costs.
Minor faults such as scratched paintwork or damages in transit that can be remedied quickly will be rectified either by a member of staff visiting to carry out repair work or by a repair package being sent via courier. In such scenarios there is no option to return goods to us in this case.
As each table is custom made to order we cannot accept returns after delivery unless your table is faulty.
So long as you are entitled to cancel we will refund you the balance of the price and any standard delivery costs you paid to us. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Please ensure you have read our table specifications to satisfy yourself that the item you have ordered is what you are looking for.
You have 7 days from receiving the goods to raise any concerns about the product or request a repair, replacement or refund.
